Institute Program Overview

The Institute’s bi-monthly programs consist of educational, inspirational, and social support components and are intended to emphasize values, provide vision, and foster leadership skills. Students will learn about leadership from local, state, and national elected officials, members of the private, corporate, and educational sector, including prominent national figures. The program runs January through May every other Friday from 9am – noon with both in-personal and Zoom meetings.

Application Process

Applications are accepted September 1 through September 30 of each year. To register, the Institute requires:

• A completed application for admission.
• Two references.
• A single page resume.
• A single page essay (may be 2-sided) summarizing your interest in participating in the program and any plans for future service to the community.
